Title: Is Eclipse At The End?

Blog Entry: I'm hearing a lot of rumblings from around the industry about Eclipse and the troubles they are having. Is this the end? Safety issues, delays on certifications, limitations during flight, financing problems, stonewalling of reporters, and now evidently Eclipse is not able to make untold refunds to untold number of depositors of $150,000 each who are unwilling to ante up an extra $500,000 for the purchase of the premier VLJ in the world. Position holders have apparently voiced concerns over whether or not they will see their refund and are growing nervous. Roel Pieper, the interim CEO said it will take a few days to process, but he intends on giving the refunds. But, how will that leave Eclipse? They are already having a difficult time getting funding and cash is quickly running dry. So, will investors ante up more money to refund to position-holders or will there just be an IOU? David
